Sarah Martin Arendt, a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, brings years of legal experience to her practice in family law, elder law, guardianship, probate, and juvenile law.

Prior to her law career she was a child protection social worker. She brought that experience into her work as a Guardian ad Litem in both juvenile and family law cases. Since 1995, Sarah has been a qualified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) neutral, offering mediation and conflict resolution services. She continues to contribute to the early neutral evaluation programs across multiple counties, helping families and individuals find fair and effective solutions outside traditional litigation
